We are delighted to have you as our guest and look forward to providing you with an exceptional stay. To ensure a pleasant experience for all our guests, we kindly ask you to review and adhere to the following Terms of Stay:

1. Check-In and Check-Out

  • Check-In Time: 2:00 PM
  • Check-Out Time: 12:00 PM
  • Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and may incur additional charges. Please contact the front desk to make arrangements.

2. Reservation and Payment

  • A valid credit card is required to secure your reservation. Full payment for your stay is due upon check-in.
  • Any additional charges incurred during your stay, including room service, mini-bar, and other hotel services, must be settled upon check-out.
  • Cancellation policies vary depending on the rate and booking terms. Please refer to your booking confirmation for specific details.

3. Identification and Registration

  • All guests must present a valid government-issued ID or passport upon check-in.
  • Only registered guests are permitted to stay in the rooms. Visitors are allowed until 10:00 PM, and any overnight stays by unregistered guests must be reported to the front desk.

Booking cancellation

At The Greenery Central Suite & Hotel, we understand that travel plans can change unexpectedly. Our cancellation policy is designed to be as fair and flexible as possible while ensuring we can continue to offer the highest level of service to all our guests.

1. Standard Rate Reservations

  • Cancellation Window: Guests may cancel their reservation free of charge up to 48 hours before the scheduled check-in date (2:00 PM local time).
  • Late Cancellation: Cancellations made within 48 hours of the check-in date will incur a fee equivalent to one night's stay.
  • No-Show: In the event of a no-show, a fee equivalent to one night's stay will be charged.

2. Non-Refundable Rate Reservations

  • Cancellation: Reservations made under non-refundable rates are not eligible for cancellation or modification. The full amount of the reservation will be charged at the time of booking and is non-refundable, regardless of the circumstances.
  • No-Show: In the event of a no-show, the full amount of the reservation will be charged.

3. Special Offers and Packages

  • Cancellation Terms: Special offers and packages may have different cancellation policies. Please refer to the specific terms and conditions outlined in your booking confirmation for details.

  • Late Cancellation: Cancellations made within 7 days of the check-in date will incur a fee equivalent to 50% of the total booking cost.
  • No-Show: In the event of a no-show, 100% of the total booking cost will be charged.
